Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ConsultFlow’s website and services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Enterprise agreements: If you have a signed MSA/SLA/DPA with ConsultFlow, that agreement may supersede these Terms for covered services.

Use of the Services

Customer content

You (or your organization) retain ownership of content you submit to the Services (“Customer Content”). You grant ConsultFlow the right to process Customer Content to provide and secure the Services, and as otherwise described in your contract and our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” ConsultFlow does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Outputs generated with assistance from automated systems should be reviewed by qualified professionals before use in high-stakes decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConsultFlow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Additional limitations and remedies may be set forth in enterprise agreements.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or to protect the Services and other users. Enterprise customer termination terms may be governed by a separate agreement.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post updates on this page and update the “Last updated” date below.
